Statement for the Walkers (PDF Version) Greetings My Relatives, and I do mean relatives, because in this realm we all share the same Mother. We all share the same challenges of political chaos, climate change and threats to the future of coming generations. I am so at a loss for words and so overwhelmed with feelings of gratitude for your caring about me. Although, I know, in all actuality, I represent what happens and could happen to any of us who stand up to our oppressors. I cannot say enough in how much I appreciate the time you have given to bring attention to my situation
knowing that the time you spent can never be given back to you. I love you for that. I appreciate you for that and I cannot say it enough. There have been many over the years who have walked, prayed, ran, and sacrificed at ceremony on my behalf and again I want to say I love you for that. I love you for that fact that your efforts are not just for me, the man, but for our future generations and for any man or woman who stands up to the exploiters and oppressors who take our land, children, and resources, and essentially take away a healthy future for our children. As long as there are men who love money more than they love the earth and our people there will be people like myself in the future. We need to stand strong and stand up against that; teaching our children to do the same. We need to find what motivates them to change and bring that motivation to the forefront, to a point that they will stop killing us and the life upon the earth that The Creator has given us. With all my heart, I say this. I mean this and I stand for this. I embrace you and I pray for you, as you have prayed for me. With love always and in all ways, your relative.
